Norman Yutzy is co-owner, President, and Sales Manager for Pleasantview Home Improvement. Norman has over 30 years of sales experience and is able to answer most of the questions our customers have about products and services. In his spare time he enjoys hunting and playing with HAM radios.

Vern Wickey is co-owner and General Manager for Pleasantview Home Improvement. Vern has been involved with the business since 1984. He recently joined the sales department again. In his spare time he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family and friends.

Ken Yutzy is co-owner and office manager for Pleasantview Home Improvement. Ken has been involved in the business for over 20 years. He enjoys working with the accounting procedures and helps keep the office running smoothly. In his spare time he enjoys playing basketball and listening to music.

David Miller is responsible for scheduling installation for the window and door department. He has been with Pleasantview Home Improvement for over 44 years and will be happy to answer any questions you have about products that need repair or about your recently purchased products. David enjoys riding bike with his wife when he has time.

Laura Yutzy answers the phone and does the secretarial work in the office. Many of our customers have enjoyed getting to know her over the years. She enjoys traveling, eating out, and meeting new people. She has been a part of the Pleasantview Home Improvement team for over 44 years.

Shirley Nisly has worked in customer service and is the advertising and marketing director for Pleasantview Home Improvement since 2001. She also helps with inside sales and is the safety director. A graduate from Hutchinson Community College, with a degree in Marketing and Small Business Management, she enjoys the challenges of working in a small business setting. In her spare time she enjoys being a part of her church's outreach program, playing sports, and spending time with her family and friends.

James Shetler has been employed at Pleasantview Home Improvement since 1984. He is currently our designated service man. He enjoys the many different areas he has worked in while working at Pleasantview Home Improvement. James is active in the community and is on the pastoral team at his church. James and his wife have 6 children.

Morris Yoder

Morris has recently moved back to Kansas after living in Ohio for the past 19 years.  He is in charge of scheduling the installation for the siding and guttering crews. Morris has a lot of experience with siding as he worked for Pleasantview Home Improvement in the late 80's and early 90's.

Perry Stutzman

Perry has been working for Pleasantview Home Improvement for many years.  He works in the shop, repairing windows, doors, and screens as our customers bring them in.

Grace Yoder

Grace joined Pleasantview Home Improvement in July of 2009.  She is involved with the accounting, customer service and general office duties.  In her spare time, she enjoys walking her dogs, gardening, and spending time with her family and friends.

Wayne Bontrager

Wayne is our foreman for the window and door installation team.  He has over 15 years of installing      experience.

Nate Nisly also works on the installation team. His attitude of pleasing people with his work is contagious. He enjoys the challenge that each day brings. Nate joined Pleasantview Home Improvement in June of 2002. In his spare time he enjoys playing sports and watching KU basketball. Nate and his wife, Marjene, have a daughter and a son.

Brian Wickey joined the installation team at Pleasantview Home Improvement during the spring of 2004. He previously worked in the production department for several years. In his spare time he enjoys playing golf, hunting and spending time with his wife, daughter, and newborn son.

Zach Riehl

Zack worked for Pleasantview Home Improvement during the summer of 2008.  He joined the window and door installation team full time in June of 2009.  In his spare time he enjoys playing sports and plays in the band at his church.

Jake Yoder is our lead installer for the siding department. He has been with Pleasantview Home Improvement since 1993. Jake is very knowledgeable about siding and installs each job with the precision and accuracy that our customers expect. When Jake isn't installing siding, you can find him working on his farm.

Mark Yoder also works on the siding installation team. He has been with Pleasantview Home Improvement since 1997 and enjoys the challenges his job bring him every day. His commitment to detail and accuracy make him a real asset to the company. Mark and his wife have 2 beautiful daughters and 1 son.

Naaman Headings joined our siding installation team in 2003. He is excited about doing his job right the first time and really enjoys pleasing people with his work. In his spare time he enjoys playing volleyball and basketball.

James Yoder joined the siding crew, at Pleasantview Home Improvement, in the spring of 2007 after working in the repair department for several years. In his spare time he enjoys reading, walking, and listening to music.

     Aaron Mast

     Aaron is the most recent addition to our siding team. He recently moved back to Kansas with his family after being missionaries for many years.  

Jared Shetler

Jared recently graduated from high school and is now a full time employee.  During the past two summers, he has worked on the siding crew.

Gerald Knepp

Gerald is the newest member of the siding crew at Pleasantview Home, joining us in November of 2009. In his spare time he enjoys playing volleyball, hunting and fishing.

Ryan Shetler

Ryan has been working at Pleasantview Home since 2007. In his spare time he enjoys playing sports and singing with his youth group.
